Non paying of toll tax

if one does not pay toll tax at toll booth and pass away. what is the offence, can fir under ipc be registerd at police station. if yes then in what section of ipc

FIR can definitely be filed against such person but sections depend upon the contents of the application given to police to initiate action.

Toll Tax is used to improve Roads, that saves time, fuel, . The comfort, safety and leisure recd by vehicle owner is far more than the toll taxed.

Must contribute towards toll tax.

Authorities are having power to recover by many ways.
