Hello Sir
I resigned from my last organization Andhra Cements Limited-Visakhapatnam (Feb’2011,25th) without serving notice or Adjustment of One month Leave as per terms & conditions of my appointment letter.
During my tenure I was not paid salary for 09 month (July'2010 to Feb'2011) which made me to take the decision to leave them.
Now the company has following dues pending :-
Salary for 9 month (Net Taken Rs 24585 * 9 month = Rs 2.21 Lakh)
LTA for financial year April 2009 - March 2010 & April 2010 to Feb 25, 2011 (Pro-rat basis). Rs 31500/-
Business Promotion expense @ Rs 350/- month (Rs350 * 9month= 3150) & Medical Reimbursements for 9 month (Rs 767*9 month= Rs 6900/-) / PF / Gratuity (for the Complete Last 5 year of service) not reimbursements for more than 1 year.
Till now I've send them four reminders on mail as well but have not received any concrete reply.
I'll request if you can help me what are legal options available for me to recover my money.
What are legal options available if company declares them Bankrupt/or shuts down. The organization is a ltd. company.

issue legal notice to company for recovery of your arrears . contact a local lawyer .
if the compny has become bankrupt chances of recovery are bleak . company must be having number of secured creditors .

You should send a legal notice to them through a lawyer demanding the unpaid dues.
Contact a good lawyer who has knowledge in handling labour laws.
