Not getting 7/12 and ferfar in1952

Sir, i am from Nanded (Maharashtra) after a few months my Father's birth my Granfather was expired the my Grandfather' Cousins forcefully acquired land of my grandfather which was ancestral.my grand mother fight civil cases but not success due to misleading.
Sir I want 7/12 and ferfar of around 1952 when whole land was on name of my Grandfather. But there is no record found in local revenue Department.but some part of land is still on my father's name.
So please help me.
How can I get old 7/12 and ferfar ??

First you collect all the revenue records from the Tehsil. Then appoint experienced Advocate and file partition suit.

First thing I don't know much about Nanded and your area. So I need some information from you

1) Whether your area or where land is situated was any Princely state , Jaghir or some thing like that ?
2) Which type of land it was before independence or which type of lands are there in your area like inam land or some or tenure land etc.

If I have to give you random ans. I can tell you visit dist record room you will get it but if I get proper ans. I an tell much better because regarding various tenure land etc. I read Law commission of Maharashtra report . So can guide you slowly.

I wanted some old record of other places in Maharashtra and found out 7/12 started from 1930 before that there was Kadhai Patra or some thing so , now if princely state or some other tenure there are chances that land record may be maintained in different fashion too.
