What is lost, could have been posted in 1st query,to understand what is IT’s relation to PF claim?
Who told you the notarized copy is valid or not valid?
Has any official jurisdictional office of EPFO informed you?
Is it verbal or in writing?
Do you have the acknowledgment or POD of having supplied the docs?

Kumar Doab (Expert) 23 January 2018
Why don’t you download the directory from EPFO website and call PRO/APFC in jurisdictional PF office and clarify your doubt, if any!

And transact in writing under proper acknowledgment and get written reply.
If you have the acknowledgment then jurisdictional PF office should reply that speed post was not delivered and/or docs are lost!

The real case is that I have completed all the required doc and got it verified by my ex employee ....Almost this took 8 months 7 speed postage and helps has been requested for this ....Then final claim doc submitted to Epfo vadodara office through speed post .....Then they got a query of not filled column in form 15 G and returned back to me via mail.....Then I did inquire with office initially they refused for any mail but speed post delivery report was given to him then they concluded it has been sent back 2 weeks before then I asked for tracking numbers ....They said we are doing only general post only we don't have speed post facility......I wS running at all my post offices
...Then one there officer was asking for new preparation of doc......But why ? I put an RTI for all the verified copies of claim doc. But they sent few doc. Not giving O/c copy of my claim forms also. Then I had all the scanned copy of all doc....I asked my colleague then got it verified by notary public ......Then just a week before resubmitted the new notarized copy...
