My Client is being mailing the company since last 6 months for fixing the problem they are facing and company is replying to each mail but havnt solved the problem due to which my client is suffering revenue loss in business.
so please suggest me what should be the content of the notice.

Cite, Deficiency in service, harassment,mental tension,agony,financial loss etc .........
