hello sir ,
my wife give so much furstation first she threats me and my family either i want to do a job or i will kill myself that time my baby age only 1 month if we deny so she left our house and go to her father house . then in comman meeting we decide to live again . and the things repeats again then her family members come again to our place and resolve the matter .then the things repeat again that time she file mutual divorce and when the date came she again refuse for divorce and we decided to live again but this time not with our parents. but then she again left me alone and went to her father home . and i move to my father place . and my mother taking all take care of my daughter from starting she wont like her but sometime she give me theratning call that i need my daughter .
kindly suggest me what should i do

Yiu can file divorce on grounds of cruelity a cruelity is widely interpreted by Supreme court in various Judgements.You can also seek custody of your daughter so as she too.

I think the dispute cna be settled. May be she is influenced by some of her family members.
Give her some time and try to spend time with her separately. She would see reason, have patience.

It is very difficult to adjust with such a girl who does not bother even for her own daughter. Keep all the evidences whatever is possible. File divorce petition on the grounds of mental cruelty. Nothing to worry. Law is not blind as you think. When you have genuine grounds Law will be with you also.

Even now it is not late, allow the time to pass on for say another year, wait for her to change her mind and return to the matrimonial home, if she does not return after that also, you can decide about further legal course of action. Do not take any decision in haste, you have a girl child to be taken care of.

thanks all for advice me .one more query i have from the starting my daughter is live with me.so all of my family members attached with her . and i heard in from that court wont give coustody to father . is it right
