Every citizen is watching the political affairs of Karnataka. This is not the first time such episodes where legislators resort to bargain in an off-site location making fool of the electorate. Is our Constitution silent to intervene and are there not any laws on the land for the apex court or any legislation to take suo moto action to restore faith in our democracy? What is the role of Governor and President of this country to tackle such situations within the framework of Indian Constitution. Else, are the laws itself silent in this perspective. Experts to participate.

Dear Mr.Loganathan,

It is just because of this fact that the politician know that they will do the Horsetrading openly and get away as the general public will be a meek spectator the whole system gets polluted. The so called CBI will keep its eyes shut local police dare not to do anything. The so called otherwise active judiciary will go in deep sleep.

Still if some one dares to open up his/her mouth every possible motive is put to keep her shut.

I applaud your sincere and objective approach in bringing forth the malice.

Best Regards

Daksh

Stalemate or the crisis in political field is not particular to karnataka. But we can see it in other state also. But here frequently occuring .Article 352 to 359 deal with emergency provisions. What ever situations arises in legislative or in judiciary or in executive all this situation have its direct impact upon the poor public. But it is not affecting public in the same frequences. So the reaction is also different. The poor proverty striking public who were affected mostly have no time to react because they have to find out their own remedies for their own problems.Existing laws need necessary amendent which make them to know that each day they are siting as members should be responsible to the each and every public equally and have some duties than rights.
