My Query is as given hereunder:
Order 6 Rule 14 says that Pleading should be signed by the party. Does it mean that every page of the plaint should be signed by the party or his signature is required just on the last page?
Kindly share your views/comments.

In my opinion each and every page should be signed with verification on the last page.

Sir,
I told you import of the order and rule as an ordinary prudent man.
R.K Nanda (Expert) 17 May 2013
each page must be signed by party to prove

authenticity of its contents.
venkatesh Rao (Expert) 17 May 2013
Each page should be signed lest the party may dispute the contents of his own document at the cost of his advocate. It is customary and a rule of prudence. which the court also insist.
ajay sethi (Expert) 17 May 2013
at the time of verification of plaint/WS affidavit the associate insists that each page should be intialled by the party and countersigned by the associate . the reason being no pages can be substituted later .

I do endorse the advice of Sethi.
