Original sidel suit to claim salary dues and compensation for victimisation from my employer !!

Sirs,

(1) Very valuable advice of the Experts is available to needy through LawyersclubIndia for which We all are sincerely thankful to each and every concerned Hon'ble person.

(1) Here, the offering of little money to close the case from out of court settlement by the defendants, is a part and parcel of way to settle the issue in an amicable way and thus it can be treated as only an "Offer" from their side. But it should not be treated that the defendants have accepted their commitment of acts. If in that way, any "threats" made by the defendants, it should definitely be treated as a criminal act.

(2) It is the discretion of the Plaintiff that he can be filed the so called papers, as documents before the court, as an additional evidence to prove his case.
But any how, the court has given time for filing the written objections of the defendants side. So wait and see, what will happen.
