Respected Sir,

IN 1958 a 2 acre land was granted to SC / ST persons by karnataka government in Bangalore North. In 1993 it was sold to Mr.X and later in 1997 again the land was sold to mr.Y by Mr.X.

In 2002 the land from Mr. Y were sold to our developer and he formed 40 sites and distributed us after obtaining DC conversion certificate.

Now the original grant legal heir filed case in civil court asking for partition and served court notice to Mr. X.

we submitted all the documents to the lawyer & in turn our lawyer also obtained certain papers through RTI & said "that the granted land comes under occupancy but not PTCL. So the case will not favour to the original grant heir".

please give your valuable inputs to me.

The opinion of your lawyer is true. Additionally there are many points related with the case in the light of given facts which should also be strongly agitated with relevant case law.
