Out station Vakalathnama -required idntitiy of Local Lawyer?

I want to know that in case of outstation Vakalathnam is required to identify by local Advocate or not? under the Advocate Act.

No. If identity is questioned, then you can show the identity card issued by your state bar council.

its not mantatory.. a client may give his vakalatnama to his counsel at anywhere.. the condition is its should be given in front of one another advocate.. the another advocate who ever may be.. better he may be attest with his bar's enroll number

if youn are Reg. in one Bar and appear before another Bars jurisdiction you may appear with local Advocate.
