my parents are no more and have not left a will. i have one brother who is married and settled in my parent's house for the past 40 years. i am married and live in the same city now. my brother is not willing to share the property with me. what shall i do?

Filing a suit of PARTITION is the remedy.

If i file a suit of partition for my parent's property, then my brother who has lived there for the past 40 years may bring in a stay order. will this result in a stale mate in the future?
