partition of copartionary immoveable property

Sir,
In case of partition what is the procedure for summoning .Pls tell me deatails about it ,because at this earlier now i am pursuing LL.M (final).

make an applicatiopn under section 31 of CPC alongwith relevant Order, mentioning the name, address and age of the parties you are going to summon. In the Affidavit accompanying the petition, state the reason for examining the parties in brief.

In Suit for partition, summons are issued by the court. if parties resides in local limits of the court the summons are served by Court officials else summons are served by registered post. Summons Forms are easily available with stamp vendors at court premises.

Donot worry abour summons. In civil case they won't harass you. summons procedureis depends upon code of civil procedure of the country. In india Order V of cpc provides details regarding summons procedure.
