Sir ,
I am co share recorded in revenue papers . one co sharer filled partion suit of one khewat only and did not took in account other joint khewat . I contested in my reply to have all khewat partioned and to consolidat my entire share departed at one point , .
But the court up to session level , ordered. and accepted the partial partition

Which order is damaging me .
I got my appeal admitted in H P High Court
Kindly guide me , what good stand , for avoiding multi litigation ,
and to have entire share at one place should be prayed . All co sharer are residing at one place . although khatas and khewat different . Help is prayed from expert s
