this harinadha. i want to know the how you can make change of address for partnership firm

As per partnership act you have to move an application duly signed by all the partner to the registrar of firms. And then the registrar change the address of firm if he become satisfied.

hi
thanq providing good information to me. and i have doubt ragarding partnership firm .
actually one partnership firm was there. it registered last year(2009 june)but they did'nt do any operations or any business on that.they just made the registered only .if they pay any taxes on that
