Partnership firms in JV

Can two partnership firms join together to form a Joint Venture? Is there any legal impediment?

No since they are not juridical entities and the entity of partnership is not recognised in law.

with the mutual consent of all the partners of firm , they can do JV

merging is based on the articles of association and it needs some procedures. it has no way connection with partners

if you are just going for some project without creation of any company or so, then there sahll be no difficulty in forming a joint venture between the firms.

But if you wish to create a new business entity, then firms can not get into that kind of transaction.
