Patho lab running without license

Respected Sir,
I was running a patho lab without licence. It was seized by the CDMO and a case has been registered against me called 2 c c case. I want to compromose it. Can it be done . Can I be prosecuted in any other way. Please suggest how to defend .

Only pathologists registered with MCI can run path labs.

Discuss with local lawyer.

If you intended compromise, you should have contacted the CDMO, not this site. None of the members here are authorised to act as representative of CDMO.
