REGARDING REFUGEE REHAB LAND

One holding a piece and parcel of a colony plot of homestead land since more than 50 years and obtain registered patta deed as refugee, from Refugee Rehab. Department nearly 18 years back. The plot area is more than that of mentioned in the deed, but it butted and bounded by same features as mentioned in the deed.
1.Whether the excess land can be purchased from R.R. department or else?
2.If other options are associate with this, please help.

hello experts,
i need a help...can anyone provide me the chart of pecuniary jurisdiction? i mean according to pecuniary valuation which court has jurisdiction to hear a particular case?

regarding the pecuniary jurisdiction the civil courts act in respective states prescribes the pecuniary limits. {e.g in Tamilnadu upto Rs.1,00,000/- munsif courts, 5,00,000/- sub-ordinate judge court and above 5,00,000/- District courts } consult the respective state acts in this regard.

Sorry for my over look on senior mr.ganesan's answer. Now sub court's pecuniary juridicion altered as 1 to ten lakhs. Learned senior may be forgot it.. I hope you won't mistaken me ganesan sir.
