What is the format for filing an application for issuance of Succession Certificate?
Which all documents are required to be filed along with it?
Which court has the jurisdiction to entertain such an application?

In a civil court under whose jurisdiction the property is situated. The last will executed by the Testator with his death certificate are important documents to file.

It is a procedural requirement for filing of succession petition before jurisdictional court.
