My friend Sukhjinder singh) was cheated by Mr khan( cheater) person after the death of my friend's parents. The cheater sold his parents house after transferring the property to his own name, My friend left b.com 2nd year and his little brother left 9th class. Moreover, the cheater gave loan of 10,00 to him, after 3 months the cheater claim back 1,00,ooo interest on it from them because of no parents. The cheater live in a new house in their area which he bought from their money. now they are living in a small room. both are in very bad financial position and want to study and get their property back but they have no money to hire advocate. what should I suggest my friend. i m very much worried about him as I can not help bcoz I am a ca student.

you can contact district legal aid centre for legal help .
please note that property could not have been transferred in name of Mr khan without your and your brother consent .
similarly it is a mystery how Rs 10,000 can become rs 1 lakh in 3 months time . did you sign any blank documents .

Sir, he did not sign on the paper regarding claim back of loan. all the transactions were in cash. the propery was transferred by fake documents. does he has to pay fees for help in district legal aid centre for legal help

Mr khan the cheater was giving threat to kill him to in case he did not sign and leave the house. now the cheater lives freely in new house with his family.

If the transfer is thro fake documents file a criminal complaint to get back the property consult a good lawyer

Can he take police protection because once he filed a case against the cheater he will again start giving threats to kill him and his little brother

depends upon reliefs claimed . if you want to help your friend pay his legal fees so that he can engage a good lawyer

Some times you may find some one there it self to help you even for court fees which they would collect it from you after completions.In your case the mostly Criminal Complaints would be involved
