dear friend, no doubt hardwork is required for the relevant post but the preparation has to be in a right direction.
I wont make any caustic remarks against you....you may rely upon Ashok Jain's books...easily available in New Delhi, there have been a few good coaching institutes in Delhi and if you are not in position to stay in Delhi then you can buy the relevant notes from Mukherjee Nagar Market near Kingsway Camp in New Delhi.
feel free to ask any query but be serious in preparations.

If you visit any law book seller, you can find plenty of useful material pertaining to the exam, which you can select yourself after seeing the contents and qquality of the books.
