Pls give me which suggestion and judgements

Hi,
1 F.I.R being came to be lodged before the patdi police station ,by the complainant shree amratbhai for alleged offences under sections 465,467,468,471 and 120B of I.P.C and for the alleged offences commited during the period on and around 6-7-2012 that,in the F.I.R the applicant is shown as accused no 1. A copy of the F.I.R. is annexed hereto and marked as annexure a to this application
2 That,the main allegation in the F.I.R is to the effect that the complainant is the joint owner and occupier of land bearing survey no of village,that,the said land was purchased by the father of th complainant namely shree vide registered sale deed dated 15-3-1982 that,the complainant had not got his name and the names of other legal heirs mutated in the Revenue Records after the death of the father of the complainant .it is alleged in the F.I.R that the present applicant and other legal heirs of the father of the Revenue Record pertaining to the land bearing survery no -44 of village and thereafter illegally sold the land in two parcels by way of two registered sale deeds in favour of the other accused persons named in the F.I.R
3 That,the applicant came to be arrested by police on dated 13-6-2012 that,the applicant is in judicial custody since 14-6-2012 that,the applicant had preferred regular bail application before the honble court of ld. Additional sessions judge,being cr.m.a so n so that the ld.judge was pleased to reject the regular bail application of the present applicant vide order dated so n so a copy of the bail application together with a copy of affidavit by i.o and a copy of order is annexed hereto and marked as annexure b collectively to this application
