If my POA sold my plot under courts injuction with his full knowledge, now I am being named as Contemptor? How can I defend myself.

You should immediately revoke the POA deed given to him by issuing a notice to this effect under registered post. If the POA agent sells the property even after receiving the notice then he will be held liable for the consequences.
