Sir 243 law commission has isuued report and has reminded the Police officers to observations made by the SCI IN jOGINDER kumar case and s.s mehtre case in dealing with arrests of 498-A cases..
But police still flouting the norms and arrest the persons falsely implicated in 498-A cases
Delhi Police has issued directions chanderbhan case where it has complied the directions of Delhi High Court..
But stated police agencies are still not complying the instructions in this regard which will serve as a safeguard against arbitrary arrests in S,498-A cases..
whether this would not amounr to the contempt of the court?
if any litigant wants to file the petition in general interest what type of petition cane be filed so that police of all states should follow the uniform guidelines and who are to be impleaded as parties??

A suffer should file a criminal complaint against such police officials and if some other person wants the implementation of such verdict in general then PIL is the only option.
