Didn't had any personal experience, just heard this many times from other people. Yeah but wanted to know what should/can one do when have such kind of experience.

There are many cases filed against the police by the affected public for the police excesses, using foul language by police is one of the excess act.
You can file a complaint with the human rights commission if you want to take action on them
