Poor quality of a newly purchased flat

I have purchased a newly built flat from the builder.

1. Quality of the Flats is very poor in terms of finishing, quality of doors, tiles. There are also some cracks on the wall.

2. Builder is also charging very heavy amount towards maintenance. 3600-6000 Per month ( as per size of the flat ).

3. Still construction work in the society is going on, How the registry of the flats has been done without completion certificate. Even if Builder has got the completion certificate, then the certificate issuing agency may be questioned that how it has been given to under construction building.

4. As per Apartment Act there is some defined distance between two blocks, if they have not taken care of that then what kind of action may be taken

when did you pruchase flat? when was posession given ? if quality of flat is ppor have you lodged complaint with builder ?

you have to issue legla otice to builder pointing out defects in qulaity of constructiion if he fails to rectify defects . then move conusmer forum

Send a legal notice to builder mentioning all the defects in flat in detail and ask him to correct all said defects at the earliest.

You are a consumer and it's a deficiency of service file a case in Consumer Court after due legal notice seeking him to make the amends.
