Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 18 December 2011 This query is : Resolved
1. How Post Mortem Report will be proved and exhibited in court ?
2. If the doctor who conducted P.M.Report is not found then in which manner P.M.Report will be proved and exhibited in Court ?

who are you ? you have not identified your self here and by the question you are looking a lawyer. so any way for this if the doctor is not searchable than file an application with the status report of the doctor or the process status why the doctor is not able to attend the court and the court will permit for the deposition of the PM report and if the court does not give the permission mark the document and it will be readable in the appeal. and you can also submit the certified copy of post mortem report.
