Authorisation letter is not proper for filing the complaint. The power of attorney shall be prepared on Rs.20/- Stamp paper and it shall be notarized.

Resolution copy duly stamped by competent authority of the company is more than sufficient for such authorization and no notarization is required for such purpose.

Proper authorisation letter by competent authority in the company under the sign and seal of the company is sufficient and notarisation is not required.

A company can authorise a person to do any act on its behalf, through board resolution of the company on its letter head, duly signed by the competent authority of the company, SPA is not required in this matter. And it will not be notarised.

I am agree with Mr A K Yadav. The company can do it either by way of passing the Board resolution or by issuing the power of attorney.
