Power of High Court under various provisions

Please compare S.115 c.p.c. and Article 227, Cr.p.c. 482. Which is having wider power. Just for argument sake let us forget about the civil or criminal case.

Art.227 being Constitutional power and the other two are just procedural powers, and the reasons best known that Constitutional law is the supreme law of India and hence Art.227 prevails over 482 Cr.P.C. and S.115 C.P.C.
