Precaution against false charges

My wife with help of her father keeps threatening me to fix me in false domestic violence and dowry case against me.
She advertently tries to poke me and indulge with unnecessary and useless fights. Always tries to provoke/annoy me and do something which she can misuse to drag me into some legal trouble.
How does the law protect/help me in this situation?
I dont have any proof against them.

Try to maintain good relation with her in order to save marriage. Litigation would never be beneficial. Take help of relatives, family friends and effective person of society to remove misunderstanding. If any agreement is arrived in such meeting, try to have this in writing with signatures of all, mentioning that other party would avoid threats of domestic violence case etc.
For every threat try to record the threat.
Take care of the fact that if any case is filed, it may be new and investigation may result in troubles to you.
