Sir i heard that there is a citation that the under hindu law probate is not required to execute will. if any body knows. please provide me Advance thanks to you

Here say is not even evidence then how can it be a law. A probate of a will or letter of administration is a sine qua non factor in all three Presidency Towns and for other jurisdictions it is a matter of Govts.Notification hence query is inceptionally misconceived.

I agree with Mr. P.Singh, a Will without being probated will not get a legal recognition.

If mutually honoured by other legal heirs and are ready to relinquish their rights, well and good, otherwise, if speaking in terms of law, probate becomes necessary.
