Registration of marriage and court marriage are two different things.

You both marry at Hydrabad and after marriage move an application with affidavits from both sides, proofs of date of birth, marriage card, 2 witnesses from both sides, residential proofs and this shall be registered within the same day.

Once you decide to get married in the register marriage way, the first thing you need to do is:
Get two copies of "Notice of Intended Marriage" application, one for each of you, from the nearest
"Registration of Marriages office" by paying Rs.5/- in cash.
The girl should be minimum 18 years of age and boy should be minimum 21 years of age.
At least one of girl or boy should be from the same area where the Registration of Marriages office
is situated.
Submit the application along with the required documentation.
One month after submitting the application, both of you need to visit the same office along with
two sureties from each side and two neutral sureties.
All of them need to sign before the registrar.
Both of you need to submit the following documents along with the application.
Date of Birth Certificate: SSC memo in duplicate is enough, duly attested by a Gazetted Officer.
Residential Proof: Any one of Ration Card, Municipal Tax receipts, Bank Passbook in duplicate duly
attested by Gazetted Officer.
2 passport photographs.

You can get married as per the Hindu Marriage Act. Now registration of marriage under the Hindu Marriage Act is compulsory. You can get married where ever you want to. But after the marriage, the marriage should be registered before the jurisdictional Sub-Registrar/ District Registrar.
