I hv a query that wat can b remedy if proceedings under section 82crpc has been initiated against a person who is medically unfit n needs close observation of doctors n family ,what he should do and in which court pls friends help me

Why to embarrass a friend Mr. Rajkumar. Let it be "pRAy"; let us pray.I do not think lowering a man's disposition in public does not let you be superior ,and suggesting privately will command respect from that erring person. We are on the same boat brother. West Bengal is top in the list of total constitutional breakdown and administration is captured by private political cadres. we have to think and workout settle these, more or less all over India if we are conscious enough to prevent civil war in India, Military Regime also sitting on high alert threshold to break out an armed revolt.
