Your query does not indicate any problem for the present. Academic queries are disheartened to be replied.
However, if you have any problem from with respect to the property, discuss that clearly.

After death of owner the inheritance might have been recorded in mutation records.
Try amicably for a share or consult local counsel.

Not at all. You stand nowhere in inheritance. Your father has already got his share.

If your father has got due share then what share you are aiming at!
Grandson has NO extra share.

Friends need your input. This is regarding whether while sanctioning the plan of any projects specially a project with township of high rise 23 floors building in residential zone corporation needs to take the consent of the immediate neighbour / the most affected party.
I was always of the view that corporation needs to take the consent of the neighboring land holders while sanctioning the plan of any projects specially a project with township of high rise 23 floors building in residential zone. And in some cases the consent of the most affected party needs to be taken. But today an argument was raised by the corporation authority as to which provision of law / section makes it mandatory to secure such consent. In fact they are of the opinion that it is not even the basics in their list.
I request you to please share your legal views and citations if any in relation to this consent issue.
