My grandmother made a unregistered will, and mentioned the transfer of properties to my aunt after death, and she had mentioned to sell a particular property and make a trust from it after her absence, but my aunt without having the knowledge about will forcefully made my grandmother sell the property. Now my grand mother is dead, is the will valid,as the property was sold

Now nothing can be done as you grandmother has sold the property. The will is infructuous.

Is it a true story?
Knowing well the property is sold out and nothing is there where your grandmother may bequeath it what is the meaning of her will?

If the property has been sold by your grandmother in her lifetime, then no point in going for challenge.
