i have rented my property for commercial use it is about 10 years now, now t shop owner is not giving any rent or leaving my property its about more than 6-8 months i have not recived my rent or my property back
what shold i do ? pls help , i want to sell t property t t tenent dosent buys it neither leaves it

You have to fle a suit for eviction on the ground of default in rent and reasonable requirement of the tenanted property.

File asuit against the tenant for ejectment of property on the ground of default.

Mr. yogesh, first of all you must send a legal notice to the tenant informing him that you have terminated his tenancy due to default in rent payment and demand the peace full possession of the tenanted property giving him thirty days time to vacate and also demand balance of rent.After expiry of the notice period move to the court for the decree of the eviction and balance of rent and mesne's profit.
