Sir, a property is sold in public auction by the tahsildar nd the DC Bangalore North, in the middle of a BDA layout at HRBR layout, now the sorroundings are all BDA alloted site, and for this junk of property measuring 64 X 160 corporation has collected the betterment charges in 2000 and granted A Khata in the owners name, and from then on Taxes have been paid to the BBMP. Since the A khatha is issued on this plot do we assume that it is a clear title site to purchase and since the same has been sold in public auction by the tahsildar by way of a registered sale certificate ? and do we assume that the BDA will not have any rights of allotments over the said lands in future ? Please clarify.

As the land has duly been allotted to you so no question arises to get it again allot in the name of some other person.
