(Querist) 09 July 2014 This query is : Resolved
Respected Experts,

I there a provision is CPC whereby we can file a stay for disallowing both Plaintiff and defendant from occupying the property in dispute until final settlement of the suit?

Currently the Plaintiff has obtained an injunction against me and is going to occupy the disputed property.

It is a car park dispute.

You should file a civil revision against the order of the injunction granted in favour of your opposite party and should seek stay order therein instead of obtaining stay order against both the parties.

Well advised, agree with the expert raj kumar makkad ji.
