Sir,
I had asked some information from Police Dept through RTI wherein its been mentioned that :
As RTI application the information asked were in Question form, the same cannot be considered under the Central Information Commission judgement P.No. 2 Serial No. 6.
Is it so? Please clarify the same and what should i do next?

your query does not give complete details. under RTI act an information is the record which the department possesses . you may ask copy of that information. questions and opinions may not be asked under RTI as those are not information

Why your information is not covered under the provisions of RTI Act, 2005?
Whether any such information which is barred under section 8 of the RTI Act, 2005 has been asked?
