I had an offer to purhase a independant house of nearly 600 sq, but the problem with that property is it is neighter NA nor GUNTEWARI.
Seller only give me KHAREDIKHAT for that,
he has MSEB bill on his own name.
Whether i go for them ??
What will be the risk ? is it illegal ?? as while purchasing i will defenetly pay stamduty and other tax ??
Please advice.

contact a local lawyer . when you are spending lakhs in purchasing house spends some money on legal fees to do title search . satisfy your self that title is clear and marketable

You are not advised to go for such deal as the seller himself has not become owner to the property proposed to be sold so tis is highly riskful to purchase such property.
