Purchase resale flat

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 21 March 2018 This query is : Resolved
Dear sir,

I am purchasing a resale apartment in Hyderabad. It is a joint property between husband and wife, One of the co-owner(primary) - husband has deceased. They have two daughters (one married without children and other Unmarried), They didn't executed any relinquish deed in between them. Wife wants to sell the flat now and both the daughters are ready to execute the sale deed along with her when they sell the flat to me. When I am executing Sale deed, I would be mentioning wife and other 2 legal heirs names in the Sale deed and get it signed by all three of them. I also have copies of death certificate, legal heirs names (wife, 2 daughters names listed) certificate from government. Should I need to execute or consider any other things before I execute the deed, please advise

Death Certificate and Legal Heir Certificate would suffice. But Better to take a Legal Opinion with all documents from a Local Lawyer and obtain an up to date EC atleast for 25 years.
