Query on my mother's right on her inherit property

dear sir/madam
My query is that, My mother is going to get her inherit property (agricultural land) which is actually her ancestor's property (one time was belonging to her grandfather)and in my family i have 2 sisters and father, So are my sisters having the right to ask for their partition if my mother is willing to sell the whole land and give the money to me for my business purpose. And did my mother haves the right to sell the whole land, And can my sisters ask for the partition of the land before it got sold by my mother? waiting for your reply.

Sorry for the inconvenience, But sir it is the further query on my side in that matter only that in my family I self have 2 sisters, mother and father, So do my sisters having the right to ask for their partition in my mothers inherit property(which she got from her father side) if she(my mother) is in favor to sell the whole land and give the money to me for my business purpose. And can my sisters ask for the partition of the land before it got sold by my mother? that is my question sir, because i dont want to give any part of it to my sisters.

Dont repeat the same question or open a new thread for further queries.
If your mother acquire the said property, she becomes the absolute owner of the same, she dont have to take consent from any one to sell or transfer the properties on anyone's name as per her desire.
