If he is facing a civil case (Regarding family Property dispute)
I think this comes under civil case .

But,There is Police Verification after the selection . So will that person have to face any problem in that regarding Civil case ?

Sir, ( Case Related to Property Family dispute ) comes under Civil Law .This does not relate to Criminal case ?
