Query regarding procedure of mediation at caw cell

hello site members, my brother is facing a complaint from his wife in caw cell (dwarka Delhi), the matter could not be resolved even after 5 sittings, she gave a fake stridhan list & we gave a reply that its totally false, we have evidence that will prove it false. now case is being transferred to HQ of caw cell.plz help us with wat is the difference between caw cell where we currently went to & now the mediation at its HQ(Nanakpura). Also can we take a leave on basis of fever or will it effect our case ( his wife took 2 leaves saying she has fever )Our lawyer told us that mediation people gets incentives from 4000 rs to 5000 rs if the resolve case . so they will insult and force the boy to resolve case. Is this true ? we want to take a leave coz we have a marriage in family and we need to travel to banglore for that.can we ask for 10 days leave.

CAW Cell Sector 9 Dwarka has attempted for amicable settlement of dispute(s) through mediation cell (Dwarka Courts), wherein the proceeding have failed, hence CAW Cell might have approached HQ (Nanakpura)seeking permission to lodge FIR against the bridegroom and his family members/relatives as complained.

List of stridhan submitted by bride is generally multiplied, which is to be proved later, however, the groom has to submit his admitted list.

CAW Cell shall consider your submission(s) as well as of the complainant. You may also seek exemption/adjournment(s) on some appealable/true grounds.

Mediator(s) do not charge any money from the parties, however, government looks after them. They are very adaptive, listen the parties carefully, note down vital points of dispute, analyses the facts and circumstances, well trained in bringing/ helping the parties to narrow down their dispute for a voluntary acceptable settlement and mention the terms of settlement as required by law.

Moving to Banglore to attend marriage shall be accommodated and granted.

CAW cell cannot be a law unto themselves. At present, there is nothing that prevents you from any activity.

Just wanted to ask that should we say clearly about marriage in banglore and will they grant leave on this Or should we say my brother has fever. Plz note that we need 10 days leave .
