if bf and gf sleeping on one bed and both her major, gf is not ready for the making relation ship , but bf want to do so he wait for her gf slept, during her sleep bf making relationship unwillingly of gf. after wakeup of gf, bf said he wanted to do so tht he was doing?
i wnated to know is that rape?
that relationship called consexual sex ?
how court consider this statement relationship ?
it is called explotion the girl and raped with her ?
or it is explotion of bf for rape?

yes, its come under Rape IPC 376, even now a days lot of judgment cited, without consent your wife could not intercourse with her.

I don't think that there are so sound sleepers among women who will not know that thy are getting raped while sleep.

Yes that amounts to rape. But as Mr. Deepak said there are no women who are so sound sleepers who will not realize being raped while sleeping unless they are drugged. Anyways, keep your imagination up to yourself and don't try to make it a reality.

1. The fact that the GF was willing to sleep with the BF on the same bed all alone will go againsy any charge of rape. Her conduct shows that she was a willing partner.
2. GH having sex during her sleep with her BF with whom she was on the same bed, and both adults? Come on, no Court will hold it as rape.

It would amount to a consented intercourse if it happens.So even if you are victim,you do not have a charge to accuse as it is either side but if you are minor part of it then other part can be charged with accusation of rape.

They have just intimicy and gf just dnt want more than intimicy relationship, and she trusted a lot on her bf so that they both slept in one bed but, while she slept after the midnight her bf raped her during rape she wokeup and ask wht u doing ? her bf said he was unable to sleep so he did ? he was just unable to control on his emotions. and after rape she was not thought to complain, because its doesnt come in her mind, because of his bf. but she just refuse to meet his bf again but after that his bf was doing emotional blackmailing with her and he continued is relationship through exploit and make relationship continued against her wish. latter she asked for marriage her bf try to avoid her telling he can think about marriage so she has to wait till his bf final decision making. gf again shut her mouth and left that place, but his bf not leave her alone he was doing all the time emotional blackmailing try and all the make contact with her telling he is her bf. and she didnt tell her anybody aboutthis whole drama. so that she has no idea she was misused by his bf. he left her when he engaged with some other girl. due to trust she just become foolish.
what actualy i thought this whole mistaken on her part only.
i want adwise.

thanx, for ur support but this whole story ended after 4 yrs. and do u realy think court will consider this whole true story. because court consider, when girl is major and educated it is consent relationship. please reply
