My wife left in Nov-2013, filed DV against my parents, Sister , brother in Law & me. for silly reasons.
She awarded interim by Trial court 2K. I have also filed RCR now she is about to give her W.S. in RCR filed by me. My query is can she get maintenance in RCR. and in DV can we quash her petition through my sister & brother in law application. as they are not residing in matrimonial house. I wanted to petition of RCR to withdraw. will it effects my DV case.

You need to defend ur DV
in RCR also, ur wife is entitled for mtn+ litigation exp, during Litigation
RCR is useless.
ur sis etc cannot get quash.They are in domestic relationship and can influence ur behavior towards her..
why fight?? make love
why spoil peace and happiness? create harmony, & enjoy
Remove misunderstanding that is breaking your marriage.
Law is useless, don't seek help from Law, or Court, Use wise men for council ling.
Remember, nobody is good or bad. Thinking make it so. ALL ARE EQUAL.

I wanted petition of RCR to withdraw. will it effects my DV case. ?

Pendency of RCR or its withdrawal is not going to effect DV case.
