Dear Sir,

Deceased (Owner of Goods) was trevelling in truck died in accident. What documents and evidences must be led before the tribunal by the legal heirs (Claimants) of the deceased to prove that they are entitled to claim from Insurance Company?
Adv Archana Deshmukh (Expert) 08 December 2009
The insurance policy, FIR, death certificate, PM report, heirship cert., papers of the vehicles, etc etc.. consult a local lawyer, he'll guide you.
Raj Kumar Makkad (Expert) 08 December 2009
apart from the documents mentioned by Archna, also produce strong documentary evidence that the deceased was actually owner of the goods and was traveling as such therein truck and he was not a gratuitous passenger as the insurance company shall take it as its strong defence..
Khaleel Ahmed Mohammed (Expert) 08 December 2009
Adv Archana well advised.
