Re possession upon the inheritance property

A Muslim person who is unsound mind has a Wife and Children, and his financial condition is not strong. His Elder brother take a possession of inhertiance property and not ready to give any share to his unsound brother and his wife or children. What will the legal remedy for unsound person or his wife to take a possession of his property.

The wife can file suit for getting share of her husband's property and for injunction till the final adjudication of the court.
The wife may represent her husband as his guardian .
