I received a notice which I believe is a legal notice regarding a property in mutation with my mother being one of the party from a party of 4 shareholders. The notice is from another shareholder in the property however the whole document is in Bengali whereas I could not find any bengali person who can understand the legal words used on the document. Is there anyway to scan the document and forward it to any advocate/lawyer proficient in bengali and have the document translated but does not have to be on legal papers, so as to understand the terms and conditions and dates mentioned in there. If yes, how much would be the fees for it and if no, then could you advise alternatives.

You can take a photo through smartphone and send it as whatsapp message, get it scanned from cyber cafe and email to concerned lawyer / translator.
Begali knowing people are available in most cities of the country, have to search and contact.
