Hi team,
I am having land 1.20 Acres of agriculture land in two survey number 65,80 which is situated beside each other. The document was registered in 1970 in my grand father name.The land was registered is 1.11 & 0.09 cents, Now if check in link documents, it is like 1.02 & 0.18 cents... what should i need for rectification of that document registered in 1970 year (Andhra Pradesh)

If the vendor or his legal heirs be executed a rectification deed in favour of your grand father or his legal heirs by rectifying the extents with proof (like adangal, form-B etc.,) for the extent.

Recently we approached sub- register for EC 0.09 cents..of this in survey number 80..it last transaction happened in 1960 in the name of vendor (who sold to my grand father).... In this 80 survey number having 4.19 acres ...in that 4.01 is in court since so many years...but some other person created passbook for 4.19 acres of land and took loan from bank and registered the land...let mee tell what action can we take on him...
